IDEA CarHub 360 is a fleet and vehicle management software product built and operated by IDEA-EG, used by companies and vehicle owners to track maintenance schedules, licensing and insurance renewal dates. As part of this service, IDEA CarHub 360 sends automated daily notifications, reminders and alerts to registered users by WhatsApp and Telegram, and its automated system reads and replies to user responses to those messages.
For this purpose, we process the phone number and vehicle-related information (such as make, model, plate number, and maintenance or licensing dates) that a client or their fleet administrator enters into IDEA CarHub 360. Recipients are enrolled by their company or fleet administrator as part of an active subscription to the service, not through unsolicited contact. Notifications are strictly operational (maintenance, licensing and insurance reminders) and do not include marketing content. Any recipient may stop notifications at any time by replying 'STOP' on WhatsApp or Telegram, or by asking their fleet administrator to remove them, or by emailing info@ideaeg.online.
Our website uses Supabase to store and process contact-form submissions and site content, EmailJS to send us email notifications, and Google Maps to display our office location. These providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address) under their own privacy policies.
We retain contact-form submissions, enquiry records, and IDEA CarHub 360 vehicle/contact data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain our business records, and delete them on request or when a subscription ends.
